About this event
Out of the box, a new Jira Service Desk project comes with a lot of great configurations and implements quite a few best practices. In this demo and workshop, we'll be covering some additional best practices and tips you can use when setting up a new Service Desk project to make sure you and your team get started off on the best foot possible. We'll be covering topics such as defining request types, queues, SLAs, and automation rules.
Since we'll be having a workshop, please make sure to bring a laptop to participate!
