Join us in February as we're having Phil Maddaloni from 6kites present the straight talk on Jira and Scaled Agile. Agile has become prevalent within many organizations and as teams get larger and adoption increases, common scaling problems tend to emerge. Various techniques have been developed in order to deal with these problems. SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) has emerged as the leading solution for scaling Agile across larger organizations. Phil Maddaloni, CTO for 6kites and SPC (SAFe Program Consultant), will present a brief overview of SAFe, contrast it to other common methods for scaling agile, and review some of the common SAFe ceremonies and configurations. In addition, various tools and techniques that can be used to facilitate a SAFe implementation within the context of the Atlassian ecosystem will be discussed. Dinner and drinks will be served at 6PM, we will have a vegetarian option.
