Edinburgh's ACE team are hosting an event at iZettle at the end of October. The event will focus on ITSM in Atlassian tools, and we will hear from the team at New Verve, along with a demonstration of Insight presented remotely by Riada, and a presentation on the journey of adopting Jira Service Desk and Confluence at iZettle in growing an ITSM team.

Come and join us at iZettle's Edinburgh office for a chance to meet fellow community members, pick up some swag, and grab an Irn Bru or two (beers are also available!) and some food with other local Atlassian users and enthusiasts.
New Verve are hosting another Atlassian in Scotland event on March 10th, 2020, so this will be an opportunity to hear their take on ITSM as well as to find out a bit more about their event and why you should consider attending; we will also host an evening ACE after the day is over.
Kris Siwiec from New Verve will be presenting a demonstration of ITSM for HR and how to automate common tasks with Jira Service Desk, Scriptrunner and Insight.
Sandra Axelsdottir from Riada, the company who developed Insight (Asset Management software for Jira), will be remotely presenting a demonstration of Insight and can best serve as an ITSM tool.
Aaron Williams from iZettle will also be present to talk about iZettle's journey with Atlassian tools (Jira Service Desk and Confluence) in growing an ITSM function from nothing.
