What good questions have to do with (Atlassian) application administration 🤔

We all know it: As administrators, we implement something and expect users to love it - but the reality is often different. The users make life difficult for us and make demands on the solution that are completely different from what we thought and maybe even what we were told. Possible cause: lack of user focus.
