10:45 AM	Business Process Management that delivers strategic change and shareholder value - Fun Man Andy	Whether it was saving companies thousands of dollars by tweaking the tiniest of steps in a process, or completely tearing up a playbook and writing it anew for a multi-million dollar Project Life Cycle schematic, Andy has spent the better part of his career, reviewing, rewriting, and re-engineering processes for some of the biggest (and smallest) companies in the world... and the last 13 years, that has been achieved with the Atlassian Stack, most in particular using one of his favourite apps, Gliffy. In his presentation he'll be sharing great insight into how to manage highly complex BPM systems ranging from TCO projects & ISO audit trails, through to SOPs Redesign & Approval Flows, at companies like PTC, Iron Mountain, and Samsung Electronics.

3:00 PM	Community Choice talk, you pick 'em, we, erm, force experts to talk about it?	This talk topic will be suggested and voted upon by attendees. Our invited speakers will create a presentation and talk on the chosen topic and deliver it!
3:30 PM	Panel discussion - open floor questions	Unused suggestions from the community choice talk may be addressed here, or fresh ideas, comments put to the panel of experts. Let's solve the worlds problems together through interactive discussion.
4:00 PM	Closing Remarks	Closing of the event and encouragement to join the networking session.
4:15 PM	Networking	We will have a 'pull your own pint of Guinness' experience in the venue and available for all attendees. There will be nibbles available from Meehans (yum).
