Great teamwork starts with people and practices. (Get those things right, then start thinking about tools!) Sounds easy enough but what does this mean in detail? What are "good" or "correct" practices at remote work? We are very proud to welcome a special guest to our event: 

Sarah Goff-Dupont, Principal Writer at Atlassian's Work Life Blog.

She will give a talk about her blog post: How to boost your team’s success with shared mental models.

After her talk we want to discuss topics like "How to establish new ways of work as a remote team" with you. What is important for building a trustful, kind and enjoyable environment where everybody wants to work?

Lots of us work from home for a year or more now - what is your experience? Does it work for you and your team? Are you looking for a better way? How can tools like the Atlassian suite support us and which strategies prove to be successfull for remote-teams?
