Generative AI is capable of producing highly realistic and complex content that mimics human creativity, making it a valuable tool for many industries. Generative AI is powered by very large machine learning models (LLM) that are pre-trained on vast amounts of data, commonly referred to as foundation models (FMs). A subset of FMs called LLMs are trained on trillions of words across many natural-language processing (NLP) tasks. One of the Generative AI use case is to provide Intelligent Search capability and better user experience when using both JSM and Confluence together for ITSM.
