Nevertheless, a couple of months ago, we somehow managed to connect three key aspects of our company culture in one system: values, positive and systematic feedback, and the wish to appreciate every single employee for his efforts and initiatives. “Made My Day” showed us that everyone has a natural need to express gratitude, especially when given an opportunity and not an obligation. The whole process is possible thanks to the use of Jira Service Management and Slack.
