Texas ACE Fun Day: Galactic Themed Day at a Horse Ranch & BBQ – FREE Event!

Get ready for an unforgettable day where the thrill of a country ranch meets the adventure of a galaxy far, far away! Join us on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at a working ranch in Waller, TX (just outside of Houston) for a completely free Galactic-themed event.

This special gathering is designed for adults but welcomes families who wish to bring their children. Enjoy a BBQ feast and a full day of complimentary activities, including horse and pony rides, bounce houses, a petting zoo, and more. Dressing up as your favorite character is optional, but all are welcome to join in the fun however they like!

This unique event is a fantastic way for Atlassian Community members and their guests to connect while enjoying Texas ranch life and Galactic-inspired excitement. Don’t miss this one-of-a-kind, free rodeo and BBQ experience!

Participants from DFW/Dallas: We’re providing free coach bus transportation to and from the Dallas/DFW area for the event. If you’d like to take advantage of this, please select this ticket type. Space is limited to 56 spots and available on a first-come, first-served basis, so early registration is encouraged. Confirmation will be required ahead of time, and we’ll follow up with additional details closer to the event. Please register each participant individually.
