With an experience of more than 12 years in the Telecommunication industry, Abhigya Pokharel is a seasoned Sr. Project Manager at Ncell, Axiata. With expertise in Project and Portfolio Management, Agile Transformation, Service Operations, Value Added Services (VAS), Abhigya is an accomplished servant leader and a certified coach capable of delivering large scaled projects by effectively collaborating, facilitating, leading and coaching teams.
A mentor, coach and an agilest by heart who believes in ‘Being Agile and Doing Agile’, Abhigya is an international speaker, who has spoken in various international conferences on Personal Agility, Agile Transformation and Cargo Cult Agile. An Agile Scout who runs workshops on Agile practices and culture, Abhigya shares her experiences within and outside of her organization.

Abhigya is an Electronics and Communication Engineer by academics and holds a Masters’ Degree in Broadband and Mobile Communication Networks, from the University of Kent, UK.
Prior to joining Ncell, she worked as an Operation Support Engineer at Vodafone UK, where she started her career.
