Abhigya is an experienced Telecommunication professional, with more than 10 years of solid experience in the telecom domain. Currently, she is a Sr. Project Manager at Ncell, Axiata.Prior to joining Ncell, she was with Vodafone UK, where she started her career. She has a deep dive knowledge into Project Portfolio Management, Strategic Planning, Service Operations, and Value Added Services. She is an Agile Scout, and is currently driving the Agile Transformation Program at her organization. Abhigya has been running workshops on Agile Practices and culture, where she shares her experiences within, and outside her organization, including, various international conferences. She is an active member of Agile Nepal- an official user group endorsed by Scrum Alliance, and a member of ‘Spiral Nepal’, a platform for women in Lean in Agile spaces to connect, create and collaborate. Abhigya is a certified PRINCE2 Practitioner, Certified Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Professional, Certified Agile Leadership, SAFe 4.5 Agilist, and an Agile Certified Coach.
