Event Registration Guidelines

• We kindly request that you register only if you are confident about attending the event. This helps us allocate spots to those who genuinely wish to participate.
• If you have confirmed your RSVP but are unable to attend for any reason, please UnRSVP as soon as possible. This will allow us to offer your spot to someone else who is eager to join.

On the day of the event:

• Show the confirmation email with your QR code.
• Arrive on time for registration, as entries will not be permitted after the designated registration hours. Registration closes at 4:10 PM.
