Our very own AUG Leader Stephen Crandell will be doing a brief presentation on what all he discovered at Summit this year.   Armando Wirshing and Matt Wilks from Forty8Fifty Labs will present Lean ITSM and ways to integrate Jira Service Desk to automation with a demo on integration of Jira Service Desk to Red Hat Ansible.  Join us on the rooftop afterwards for networking & refreshments.
