Last meetup we discussed about Scrum with Jira, now we will explore into Kanban and how jira helps you. Kanban is all about visualizing your work, limiting work in progress, and maximizing efficiency(or flow). In this meetup we will cover in depth about kanban and their metrics, how a Cumulative flow diagram , lead time distribution chart, control charts are interpreted and populated

Laptop is good to bring with a trial version of Jira account. Audience: You are new to Kanban or an expert in agile software development, or Jira Software.
We will be covering hands on program on working with Kanban projects and how effectively you can use Jira for agile Kanban projects. Kanban is not Scrum, and there are several distinctions between Kanban and Scrum. Lets explore
