A Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and a post-graduate credential from Anglia Ruskin University, plus over 12 years' experience in program management, software quality assurance and test automation, systems monitoring and support. Peter is a well-rounded, seasoned technology professional and lean-agile coach that can deliver tremendous value anytime, anywhere. He has implemented several successful projects worth more than 300m USD for banks, mobile money operators, telecoms, travels, and insurance companies in over 8 countries across 4 continents.
Peter honed his managerial skills from extensive experience across multiple disciplines. He is a Trained and Certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC 4.5), Scrum Master, PMI Agile Certified Practitioner, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Negotiation Specialist, Certified Software QA & Test Analyst. Peter has over 10 years leading cross-functional distributed teams and complex projects that meet changing needs, involving several stakeholders, winning more than 13 local and international awards. He has worked with a variety of software development teams in various programming languages. He loves leading teams to become lean-agile, and teaching the lean-agile concepts. His colleagues call him 'Agile' and 'Quality' because of his sound knowledge and advocacy for agile principles & software quality.
Fisayo is a graduate of Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the prestigious University of Ibadan.
Upon Graduation in 2016, she took a graduate internship with Softcom Limited where she took up a technical support role and later went on to manage and lead the technical support team for N-Power Device Distribution Centres Nationwide. Before the completion of the internship, she got promoted to the position of Product Manager.
In her quest to product mastery, she took a certification in Product Management administered by The Association of International Product Marketing & Management (AIPMM) in Dubai and received her certificate in February 2018.
Over the course of her budding career, she has had the opportunity to work with over five crossfuntional teams of UI designers, Frontend and Backend developers to create and deliver products that add value to businesses and help solve problems for organizations and government.
Her day-to-day role requires that she works with tools like Jira to manage and coordinate the development of enterprise products.
Outside of work, she is a fashion enthusiast and working on building a fashion design brand.
