The ScriptRunner team has been cranking out updates in the past few months, including built-in scripted fields, compatibility updates for the latest Jira versions, and launching ScriptRunner for Bamboo. One focus area has been improving the user experience of writing scripts. Central to this effort has been bringing the IntelliJ integration out of the "dark feature" status and into the light. Jonny will demonstrate how to connect IntelliJ IDEA to a Jira test instance to edit scripts with automatic code completion and better type checking.
