This 60-minute beginner course is designed for anyone brand new to Jira Service Management.

In this session, we'll break down how agents handle requests step by step. From getting assigned a ticket to sorting it out and marking it as done, we'll cover everything. We'll also go over the service project features they use daily like queues, issues, response templates, and reports. Plus, we'll see how Atlassian Intelligence can help them work smarter, not harder.
