In this session, we're going to take a fun little trip through our customer portal! We'll begin at the help center, navigate our way through the customer portal, and even create a ticket together. Then, we'll explore all the cool options available to ensure we resolve the ticket successfully. Along the way, we'll put ourselves in the customer's shoes and chat about some awesome tips to make their journey super smooth and enjoyable.
