9:30 AM	Sven Peters & MaSonya Scott - What is Rovo?	Sven Peters and MaSonya Scott from Atlassian will take us through what Rovo is, and what it can do for teams everywhere.
10:00 AM	Caterina Curti and Dugald Morrow - Atlassian - Connecting Rovo: Using Agents with all your systems	This workshop will involve you converting an existing user-created Rovo Agent, into a Forge Rovo Agent - with the ability to bring in data from external sources.

11:30 AM	Option 1: Dan Tombs - Appfire - Forge Ahead with AI: When to Build In-House and When to Buy	As Atlassian leans into Cloud + Forge and ships new AI capabilities through Rovo, teams face a pivotal choice: compose with agents and Marketplace apps, or build custom? This panel demystifies the trade-offs. We’ll compare cost and speed, tackle risk/security/compliance checklists, and share patterns for agent-first solutions that avoid accidental complexity. You’ll leave with a decision framework, lifecycle and ownership tips, and a set of practical follow-ups to apply the day you’re back at your desk.

Artificial intelligence thrives on quality data, and poor data will inevitably produce poor results. During this session we look at the link between your knowledge and the success of your AI rollout, as well as the steps you can take for your Confluence to increase success
