Thanks to Cheil for hosting us at their fantastic Hangar space in Southwark this month.  We've another exciting line up for you with speakers flying in from Ireland and Belgium! 
Brendan O'Reilly,  from Daysha, will share with us how to build a culture of continuous improvement using the Atlassian tool suite. 
Francis Martens, from iDalko, will present some of the challenges and opportunities issue synchronisation bring to the table.
Daniel Turczanski, from Digital Toucan, will share best practise when installing apps, what to look out for, encourage you to talk to authors. Discussing the difference between cloud and server when it comes to apps API and limitations.

Welcome and introduction
Using Atlassian tools to build a culture of continuous improvement	Brendan O'Reilly, from Daysha, will share with us how to build a culture of continuous improvement using the Atlassian tool suite. As IT teams re-organise into DevOps and SRE team ‘done’ now means at least preliminary monitoring. Ensuring the feature is working as intended is a minimum. Dark launch and canary deployment are now separated by business application performance management to ensure the feature is delivering the promised. As processes evolve tool chains need to keep pace.
Cross Company Issue Tracking - the case for issue synchronization	You are using Jira on a day to day basis to manage your operations. Things are neatly organised. But what happens when you have to work with your partners, customers or subcontractors? You need to revert to phone or email to exchange information. Maybe you can integrate your systems such that issues raised in one Jira can be resolved in the next. Francis Martens, from iDalko, will present some of the challenges and opportunities issue synchronisation bring to the table.
