Our first speaker, Chris Davidson, from Atlassian, will give an introduction and orientation demo of Jira Align. 

Specifically you will learn in this session the fundamentals of how Jira Align works and how it can help you leverage your investment in other Atlassian products including Jira to achieve better decisions and business outcomes

Our second speaker, Nadia Dubitskaya, from Itransition, is going to share some hints for the better release management and control over business critical cross-project releases and moreover dependencies using Jira Software Cloud default capabilities.

What will be covered:

• The description of the challenge with the cross-project release management, and how we used to solve it on Jira Software Server;
• Simpler ways to manage releases and ceremonies around it using Jira Software Cloud: with automations, roadmaps, release hub and development tools.

This talk could be interesting for release management, technical coordinators and of course project managers looking for better controls and big picture.

We will close the session with an opportunity for attendees to discuss any particular nuances or challenges, so come prepared to expand your knowledge and strategic approach.
