Presented by CATHI DAVEY, Senior ITSM Solutions Engineer for Atlassian. Jira Service Management now includes Insight! Insight is built on Jira, so teams can quickly and easily tie assets to service requests, incidents, problems, changes, and workloads. Unlike legacy Configuration Management Databases (CMDBs), Insight’s flexible and open data structure allows teams to manage any kind of asset that’s important to support their ITSM practices. HR, sales, marketing, legal, facilities, and other functions can also use Insight to track and manage their assets and resources. Join us for a sampling of use cases spanning traditional IT such as Workplace Support, Operations, and Engineering Support to non-IT teams such as Human Resources, Project Management and Facilities.
