Our 1st in person event of 2025 for the Atlassian Melbourne Community is going to be a CRACKER.

This month we'll host:

- Caitlin Guilfoyle (https://www.linkedin.com/in/caitlin-guilfoyle-88034235/) - Caitlin is a legend. She's an advisor, leader, and consultant, to organisations facing into the reality of the modern world of work. She's got amazing stories, ranging from her 7 years as a leader in PWC Future of Work Practice, as well as 4 years in the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet. She'll be talking to us about building optimism into our working life.

- Lisa Lie (https://www.linkedin.com/in/lisa-lie-42b705a1/) = Lisa has had a brilliant career across a variety of HR and people roles, before taking a plunge in 2022 and Founding her own company, Learna. She's on a mission to change how we learn and improve, and she'll share some stories about being a founder of a tech company, scaling, and the role of L&D in leadership.

- Jono Ross (https://www.linkedin.com/in/jonoross/) Jono is an Atlassian, but has a 20 year career in tech helping some of the largest organisations around the world improve how they work. In his current role looking after Work Management Jono is helping a stack of APAC customers unleash how they work across their organisation to get better goals, alignment of work, and access context and knowledge in a timely fashion. He'll share some of his stories from those customers, to help us think about how we can learn from their experiences and drive our own improvement.
