About this event

At our August event Karl Hoeschen, Senior Consultant at Atlassian Partner Valiantys, mentioned he heats his entire home with a wood-burning fireplace (with a blower) and wood sourced from local tree removals. He also sources maple syrup from trees on his property. After questions and intrigue about both, he graciously offered to host the final 2025 Minneapolis-Twin Cities IN-PERSON Atlassian event at his home on Saturday, October 25: A Dish & Dish session!

Dish #1:
Please bring a food dish or item to share. For homemade dishes please bring a card with the ingredients listed for the safety of those with food allergies or sensitives.

A microwave, stove w/double oven, and lots of outlets are available for reheating, and for crockpots and electric pressure cookers. Not a fan of cooking? Sweet treats, veggies/fruit/chips/dips, a charcuterie board, apple cider or hot chocolate, bring what suits your fancy and budget, you're among peers and friends!

Dish #2:
After we settle in by the fire with food, come prepared to dish about a problem you're struggling to solve with your Atlassian tools. Whether it's Rovo-related, a tricky Jira Automation, a build strategy approach in JSM Assets, whether a use case is better roadmapped in JPD vs Jira Plans, you have an Atlassian Guard question, you need a workaround for a known Atlassian Bug *wink wink*, or you want advice how to get started (or pitfalls to watch for) in a Data Center to Cloud migration by 2029, 12 minds are better than 1! Feel free to bring your laptop; a screen will not be available for large display.

Location:
The address will be shared a few days before the event to registered attendees verifiable on LinkedIn as residents of the greater Twin Cities area.

Amore Coffee at 879 Smith Ave S. in West St. Paul is a nearby landmark for reference.

Attendees are limited to 12 local attendees!
A waitlist will be available after the first 12 local attendee registrations are received. Please do not RSVP unless you are certain you are able to attend. If your plans change, please click the "Un-RSVP" button on this registration page ASAP to allow another chapter member to attend. Out-of-state registrations will be cancelled.
