Our September event is all about scaling at the enterprise with the right set of tools. We have an exciting set of talks on Jira Align and a review of the marketplace 3rd party apps. Don't forget, it's a virtual event so it's BYOB! But, don't worry - we will still have a prize or two!
More and more, the case is being made for scaling agile at the enterprise. Jira Align, Atlassian’s enterprise agile planning platform, helps firms coordinate and plan at the program, portfolio and enterprise level. Mark and Chris, Atlassian Enterprise Solution Architects, will speak on the value of Jira Align and why it's the best tool to enable Enterprise Agility..
With thousands of apps in the marketplace, how do you choose the "right one" for your "unique team"? Miles, CEO of Blended Perspectives, will cover Diagramming, Testing and Reporting apps in a rapid, fast moving session including market data, core use cases, strategic conclusions and advice for you to take away. Take your Atlassian stack to the next level by extending its capabilities and dramatically improving the productivity of your teams!
A reminder to join the NYC Online Community Group. Join the community to ask questions, network and share your expertise with fellow ACE members. You can join the group using the link here.

Modern Work Evangelist
Enterprise Solutions Architect
Mark is truly "living the dream" as Atlassian’s resident Modern Work expert and evangelist. Focused on practice over theory, Mark spends his days coaching both Atlassian and customer teams on new ways of working, then sharing what he's learned at events around the world!
Joining Atlassian in 2019, Mark brings over a decade of experience experimenting with work and helping people, teams, and organizations transform at places like Boeing, Nordstroms, TD Ameritrade, and Rocket Mortgage. Mark has made it his mission to inject modern ways of working, a transformation mindset, and the power of expert storytelling into everything he does.
When not heads down in the latest book on self-management or deep in conversation with a leadership team, Mark can be found reading one of his favorite sci-fi novels (specifically anything by Brandon Sanderson) or building the latest Lego set with his kids (have you seen the new rollercoaster!).
Chris is veteran of many Agile Transformations at Fortune 10 companies in a variety of roles including: ScrumMaster, Team Agile Coach, Enterprise Agile Coach and Transformation Architect and Leader. Along the way, Chris has developed a unique perspective on what’s most effective in Transformations (as well as what’s not) and most importantly, what outcomes have proven decisive vs. those that sound cool, but don’t have tangible impact to ultimate success or failure. An avid reader, amateur historian and armchair economist, Chris often looks outside the Agile industry for inspiration and new ideas and doesn’t fit neatly into ‘Scrum Advocate’ or ‘SAFe Specialist’ boxes. Rather, Chris leverages the best ideas from many different domains when making recommendations to clients. When not taking clients from Zero to One on their Agile and DevOps Transformations, Chris can be found spending time with his amazing wife and two wonderful sons enjoying the best of Michigan’s weather (the 4-5 months a year that’s an option.) Also, Chris is not the biggest fan of writing in the 3rd person, for what it’s worth.
