Our July event is another double-header of talks on Halp, the newest product in the Atlassian family, and insights on consolidating Jira Service Desk management. Don't forget, it's a virtual event so it's BYOB! But, don't worry - we will still have a prize or two!
Getting bombarded by help requests from Slack? Halp, a conversational ticketing solution, recently joined the Atlassian family. Halp is designed to help teams to assign, prioritize, manage, and report on requests all from Slack. Come see a demo of Halp, learn how your teams can use it standalone or with Jira Service Desk, and chat with Fletcher (Founder of Halp) and Steve (Head of Product, Integrations) about the future of the product.
Learn how the casino gaming company High 5 Games solved their Service Desk pitfalls and gained better insight by consolidating support requests, purchase orders, asset management and access approvals into the Atlassian suite. Joseph Centineo, Service Desk Manager, a fellow NYC Atlassian Community Member, will be sharing his war stories and who knows, may provide a tip or two...
A reminder to join the NYC Online Community Group. Join the community to ask questions, network and share your expertise with fellow ACE members. You can join the group using the link here.
Help us plan our next event - Do you want to suggest a topic for us to focus on? Do you have a presentation proposal? Contact the group leaders with your suggestions.

Atlassian’s mission is to unleash the potential in every team. I really enjoy my part in that: for our customers, helping build and deliver products that enable teams to do great things; for Atlassians, helping our teams grow and be successful.
I’ve been fortunate to have experienced a lot of different technologies and industries over that last few decades, my passion continues to be finding ways to use software to delight people.
I'm also extremely happy to be able to help with various non profit efforts from time to time.
