Most of us are really exhausted with all the chaos Covid has created around us. We wanted you all to take out a little bit of time to de-stress from the situation we are all in. We are hosting two wellness sessions on consecutive weekends. First session is going to be Cyclc meditation which is a mindfulness practice where simple asanas are interspersed with breathing and relaxation techniques.
