In this webinar we will go through three customer use cases that we have solved for and how we did that using Integrations hub for Jira.
Salesforce - Jira: Customer that has their commercial team in salesforce and the dev team in Jira. Where they want to escalate cases from Salesforce to Jira and the developers should be able to comment in Jira and that should be added to Salesforce automatically.
Onboarding of new Teams - A growth company had a need to automate setup of Jira project, confluence space and GitHub repo to cope with their gowing speed. This demo will show how that was done and how it works.
Incident process for bank - The need was to have the teams informed in Slack and autocreate channels per ticket that brings in the team owners into the channel automatically. They also had a need to create an incident in Statuspage whenever it was acknowledged.
Rickard has been working as a developer, architect, manager etc in the IT industry since early 2001. Rickard has experiences from the online gamlbing-, fashion- and automotive industry After seeing the needs from users of the Atlassian products he released 2017 his first app “Inbox for Jira”, and moved over to develop Jira apps. Both custom apps upon request and marketplace apps.
Peter has since 2014 worked with the Atlassian tools, fist at a consultant at Riada and then later as Productivity engineer at Klarna Bank AB in conjunction with that he has also been engaged with developing two marketplace apps Inbox for Jira and Integrations Hub for Jira and some additional custom apps on requests.
