We will be practicing Yoga Nidra under the guidance of a trainer. Yoga Nidra is also known as yogic sleep, it is a powerful meditation technique that will leave you with a sense of wholeness. It is one of the easiest yoga practices to develop and maintain. It also helps you scan your body and tap into a state of relaxed consciousness.
