Hosted at Walmart Labs, Chris Nicosia with Modus Create will share how teams can use Kanban and Scrum boards for any part of your development cycle - from idea to deployment and beyond. Then, Chris will demonstrate how to setup these boards to work together so tickets can easily move from one board to the next. Also, we'll be going over the upcoming Summit!
