But what happens when you have to work with your partners, customers or subcontractors? You need to revert to the phone or email to exchange information. Maybe you can integrate your systems such that issues raised in one Jira can be resolved in the next. Juan Grases from Exalate will present some of the challenges and opportunities issue synchronization bring to the table. SPEAKER BIO: Juan Grases is a Product Owner at Exalate, Software Engineer, Atlassian Certified Consultant, and professional in building a network of issue trackers.
2:55 AM	Atlassian Chatops with Mattermost	What is ChatOps? How do you get started? How can you make the most of your Atlassian suite to improve the workflow of your DevOps teams? John Thompson from Mattermost will help answer all these questions in his presentation. SPEAKER BIO: John Thompson is a Solution Architect with Mattermost who works with organisaitons in the West US and APAC to start or enhance their ChatOps journey. He loves working closely with customers to design, build, and deploy solutions to improve the way they work and the results they get.
3:55 AM	Jira Align: What is it and what does it mean for the Atlassian family of products?	In April 2019 Atlassian acquired AgileCraft to address the challenges of agile at scale. In his presentation today, Kyle Byrd from Atlassian will give an overview of Jira Align covering the problems the product solves for organizations today as well as where the product is headed in the future. SPEAKER BIO: Kyle Byrd is a product manager on the Jira Align team. As an early member of AgileCraft (acquired by Atlassian and renamed to Jira Align in April 2019), Kyle has been working with the product for four years. Today, his focus is on lean portfolio management in collaboration with the agile at scale team at Atlassian.
