Please join us at our next Orange County AUG meeting! We're going to have two terrific presentations!

The first will be from Kyle Byrd from AgileCraft, who will deliver a presentation entitled "Value Engineering: How Outcome-Driven Portfolios can Innovate at Scale". Portfolio Management is quickly evolving away from annual planning, traditional “project” intake, and subsequent status reporting. High performing organizations are focused on hypothesis-driven development with a specific focus on low-cost, incremental learnings to deliver against business outcomes. In this session, Kyle will review this evolution and highlight how Value Engineering can help your organization drive innovation at scale.

Our second presentation will be from Joseph McFarlane of Lucidchart, who will present on "Visual Communication within Confluence & Jira", which will give us information on how to enhance your Confluence and JIRA experiences through visual communication with Lucidchart. He will be sharing best practices and use cases that show just how powerful visualizing systems and processes can be for your organizations.

We will also have some additional open discussion and conduct further networking over free food & drink.
