The Importance of Project Portfolio Management	Presented by Marie Kent, Solution Architect of Clearvision and Bryan Inman, Partner Account Manager of Mavenlink. Project Portfolio Management Solutions can help set and support processes, streamlining efficiency while improving tracking and ensuring specs are met every time. Unfortunately, the traditional process for project portfolio management does not work well in the Atlassian world.This presentation will focus on the importance of integrating your JIRA data with your PPM solution. We will show you how to reach a level of empowerment, helping you achieve improved operational and financial performance.
Agile Journey From Failure to Success	This talk is about how some Agile transformations can go wrong and fail initially, and what is needed to course correct the earlier mistakes. We will discuss an example in which there were many issues with the prior major release, with many teams still working on recovering from that major release; many groups were still working to fix their issues, the business was unhappy, and stakeholders were wondering how to recover from all this mess. Hadi Tajvar will relate how he assessed the business value delivery and Agile maturity to provide actionable steps in getting back on course.
