Chief Evangelist (and Channel Sales Manager)
Dave is an enterprise software marketing and application lifecycle management (ALM) expert who joined ALM Works in 2017. He has helped many young software companies exceed their aggressive growth goals.
Dave has leveraged his extensive marketing, sales, and biz dev experience with notable clients, including ALM pioneer Rational Software (acquired by IBM). Feel free to strike up a conversation about fresh marketing strategies.
Mike is a full-stack Atlassian Administrator, building location-agnostic and stateless containerized implementations of the various tools. Using, chiefly, the combo of Jira to run processes and Confluence to document and report on said processes, he uses both "pattern" and "anti-pattern" approaches to his implementations. In his current organization, very little moves that doesn't have a Jira issue associated with it, ranging from typical engineering to facilities work orders, office services, and marketing/creative projects. With this approach he regularly gets comments like, "I couldn't be successful in my job without your support" and, "You gave me my lunch hours back."
Joseph manages the Atlassian channel for Lucid Software. He has a passion for people and processes, which led him to a company that specializes in enabling both. He's also a proud recovering attorney.
Thad West, a recovering Java developer, has been using the Atlassian tool since 2003. In 2005 he co-founded ISOS Technology, a Platinum and Enterprise Atlassian Solution Provider with a strong focus on bringing Atlassian solutions to companies of all sizes.
Thad has honed his skills through extensive experience in all aspects of enterprise application development and team management. He has diverse enterprise application experience in a wide range of fields, including finance, health services, insurance, construction, government and retail technologies. In recent years, Thad has worked to deliver JIRA Service Desk solutions across a variety of industries and companies, including the DoD and Atlassian.
