Greetings fellow Atlassian Philly Users! Since we haven't met for awhile we'd like to gather (virtually) for a series we're naming Lean Coffee/Tea.
For those that have not come across it, Lean Coffee is a structured, but agenda-less meeting. Participants gather, build an agenda, and begin talking. Conversations are directed and productive because the agenda for the meeting was generated by the attendees. We've extended this open but structured meeting to "Tea" (a grand institution begun across the pond) as we recognize not everyone can make a morning meeting.
Topics will be gathered virtually for about 5m so come prepared! Then we will timebox our discussions around the most popular topics and as a group will vote to continue or to move on to the next topic. Topics that get a lot of votes but don't fit into our limited time, larger topics, or topics that might benefit from an expert can be spun out to other Lean Coffee/Tea sessions or become meetings of their own.
