Our guest speaker is Ann Worley from Atlassian. She has been a support engineer at Atlassian for over three years, specializing in Confluence. She has an IT infrastructure background. Recently, Ann has been assigned exclusively to answering questions on the new Atlassian Community forum.

Ann is going to present a few different topics including Tips & Tricks on working with Atlassian Support, and also some info on the recent SAML single sign-on, SSO, Gsuite changes on the Atlassian Cloud.
