Coming from a multi-faceted technology background, including Software Development and Quality Assurance, James is a passionate Atlassian expert and champion. James uses his expertise to support and enable others throughout the Software Development Life cycle and unleash the potential in the tools they utilize.
Joanne is the Channel Manager and regional lead for Canada at Atlassian, focused on strategic development of both the Solution Partner and Atlassian ecosystems in The North. Joanne brings over 20 years of Canadian Channel experience to the role, having held Channel positions at software start-ups as well as at Enterprise organizations like Tech Data, Infor and Seagate Technology. Outside of work, she is an avid golfer, traveler and yogi. Joanne holds a Bachelor of Science from McGill University and is based in Toronto, Ontario.
Krista is a software development professional with over 20 years in the software industry working in most of the roles in the development life cycle from requirements to development to QA to DevOps. Krista spent most of her career as a project manager and has long been an advocate of collaborative, value-driven approaches to managing software projects.
When Krista joined the Highway Three team she switched gears and is now sharing her skills and experience organizing work and managing projects using the Atlassian products to help other teams get things done as efficiently and painless as possible. Krista is a certified Atlassian Trainer and has several other Atlassian certifications and accreditations. Her focus right now is on helping organizations navigate the server to cloud migration journey.
Susan has been passionately working with Jira (and Confluence) since 2008, so much so her official title at Confluence Technologies (not Atlassian) was changed to Jira Queen in 2014 which is around the same time Susan signed on to revitalize the Toronto Atlassian Community group. Susan continues to co-lead the Toronto ACE with Danny, Saurabh and Majken and enjoys spending time with so many Atlassian enthusiasts sharing best practices, new features and great apps.
