We will welcome you, for our first evening in 2017. As we found last year, there is big interest in JIRA Service Desk, but not much experience right now. We will provide an huge 360 degree view of it. We will meet at 6:30pm in Frankfurt at ETECTURE. At 7pm we will start with our agenda.

As we found last year, there is big interest in JIRA Service Desk, but not much experience right now. We will provide an huge 360 degree view of it.

 

We will meet at 6:30pm in Frankfurt at ETECTURE. At 7pm we will start with our agenda. It covers all points as following:


• Customer Portal Customization
• Knowledge Base Integration
• EMail Interface
• Automatic Workflows
• Roles and permissions
• Metrics
• Triaging tickets with Boards


After the presentations there will be much time for questions, answers and discussions with any attendee. Of course we provide food and beverages.
