Let's continue our discussion about Confluence! Confluence can be the Wikipedia of the enterprise...when managed correctly. Michael Soh will discuss how Confluence works, best practices, and some things to watch for when you set things up.
About this event
Confluence is Atlassian's content management system, but it's not like Teamsites or other more traditional tools. It's more like Wikipedia. Confluence empowers teams to create and maintain documentation helping to managing the "source of truth" problem. Confluence can empower teams to collaborate as well as ensure people can see what everyone is working on.
There are many ways to configure Confluence. Some of them are good, some of them not as good, some of them...just terrible. We'll walk through best practices and some anti-patterns to avoid.
This will be another virtual event, held through Atlassian's online event management platform. We'll try things out, see what happens!
