2:45 PM	Persisting data in Jira using entity properties	Sometimes, you may need to store extra data in Jira for various entities, such as issues, users, or projects. Since not everything can be stored in custom fields, entity properties can be very useful. These properties allow you to store data as key-value pairs. In this presentation, you'll learn how to use entity properties with the Jira Java API, Groovy, and ScriptRunner, along with real-life examples.
3:15 PM	Digging deeper into JIRA Service SLAs	Discover how to analyze your JIRA Service Management SLA passages better using eazyBI. In this session, you'll learn to dig deep into your data, identify where time is slipping away, and uncover insights to improve your service delivery and meet your SLAs more effectively.

This presentation will highlight common mistakes and misconceptions, offering practical tips and best practices to help you avoid pitfalls and leverage Jira's capabilities for streamlined productivity, collaboration and reporting.
4:30 PM	Jira for great teams - can job be done almost without plugins?	Atlassian products are designed for large and small teams applying data centre or cloud products and for all kinds of needs. Although the product is well thought out and intended for teams of different sizes, we still observe in daily work with many clients how best and most convenient to adapt Jira to the daily work of large teams and internal business processes are still relevant. In addition, there are specific cases when all this must be done under limited budget conditions. But is it possible? In the presentation, we will look at a tiny insight from our creative process with this question.
4:45 PM	BeyondTeam24: Coast-to-Coast Marketplace Mission	In this session, we’ll take a retrospective look at the BeyondTeam24: Coast-to-Coast Marketplace Mission, where four independent Atlassian marketplace vendors, eazyBI, easyAgile, Refined, and Resolution, embarked on a tour across six cities in the USA and Canada. We’ll share our experiences from the tour and, finally, reveal our exciting plans for this fall in Europe.
