Sometimes, you may need to store extra data in Jira for various entities, such as issues, users, or projects. Since not everything can be stored in custom fields, entity properties can be very useful. These properties allow you to store data as key-value pairs. In this presentation, you'll learn how to use entity properties with the Jira Java API, Groovy, and ScriptRunner, along with real-life examples.

Jira for great teams - can job be done almost without plugins?
Atlassian products are designed for large and small teams applying data centre or cloud products and for all kinds of needs. Although the product is well thought out and intended for teams of different sizes, we still observe in daily work with many clients how best and most convenient to adapt Jira to the daily work of large teams and internal business processes are still relevant. In addition, there are specific cases when all this must be done under limited budget conditions. But is it possible?
