Scrum-methodologies in Jira
We are excited to host a new interactive workshop in which we would walk through our implementation of Scrum-methodologies in Jira. But who are we? We are Yiraphic and we have developed an extensive environment for TIG, an experienced e-commerce organization from The Netherlands that has been using Jira for ages.
With a combination of their experiences and our knowledge we have developed a structured way of using Jira on a daily basis to plan sprints, log work and incentivize giving feedback. We are eager to show you how this environment works.
And what is a better way than showing you our best practices while you can take a look in the environment yourselves!?
After showing you how we work we are eager to discuss your best practices. Let’s combine forces and learn from each other to make our work easier, more fun and of course more Agile!
Jair de Winter
Jair is a product owner at TIG and is working in Jira on a daily basis. He’s the touch-point for TIG’s clients and communicates both with the clients as well as with the team through Jira.
Imre is an Atlassian Consultant at Yiraphic and is always in close contact with TIG, which makes him the right person to introduce the work that they do for TIG.
Imre is a relatively newby in the Atlassian world, but he is learning fast. With a low attention span, he has always searched for ways to get into focus and the Atlassian products helped him get there. He is eager to tell you all about it, so you can also work productively while being at home.

A Brit living and working in the Netherlands, by day I am a Project Manager for PTC; delivering highly complex AR/CV solutions to a variety of clients in many varying industries. As both a heavy user of Atlassian products and Admin, I am the “go to Nerd” in PTC for all things Atlassian: my passion and adoration for Atlassian knows no boundaries!
On the weekends I am a family man: Mr Barker! But also a poet, artist and musician: Urban Gorilla Boy (very much amateur... but very much enjoying it!)
But by night…? That passion doesn’t quit! A Community Addict and an ACE Leader for the fabulous ‘ACE Rotterdam’ I will often be found burning the midnight oil making 100% use of my relationship with Atlassian, its products and its people.
With over 10 years of experience in project management in a variety of industries and over 5 years of public speaking / workshops experience, my life motto of “Knowledge is Power, Sharing Knowledge is POWERFUL” provides attendees with a fabulous experience they will never forget!
