Powerfully Agile with Confluence
These days teams need to be fast, efficient and agile! Many of them of them are achieving that through Confluence. Today ACE Rotterdam welcomes three awesome speakers with very different backgrounds but one common focus: Confluence.
Speed up Content Management in Confluence Cloud
Many users quickly lose an overview of creating content and spaces in Confluence. Dave will show you that an overview of all your Confluence content is just a click away.
With Space Tools Pro and the included space navigator, you have a tool that gives you central access to all relevant Confluence Cloud content.
You'll learn how to use it for maximum efficiency and ease of use, and how to manage your content and your spaces like a pro.
Space Tools Pro makes Confluence Cloud management easy and saves you a lot of time.

Epic Content Creation with Tables!
Project roadmaps, budget planning, bills of materials, and tasks have one thing in common: These are often implemented with tables.
Most people have used it before and nearly every office has it. The challenges start with collaborative work, re-usability of the spreadsheets in different contexts, and sometimes finding the correct file.
In this talk, Lars Mählmann would like to show how tables can be created dynamically in Confluence, restructured and kept up to date. The required apps are all Atlassian Confluence proprietary features (no difference between server & cloud).
To illustrate, he'll be showing off the planning and structuring of the Jodocus office space in Hamburg.
Effortlessly Share Content (Securely) from Confluence
To round of the session the one & only Fun Man Andy, who will have been capturing key information from both the talks in his ACE Confluence Page, will be showing off how to share content from Confluence in a secure, but effortless manner, even when a user does not have a license!
You want the recording...? You gonna need that External Share info cause the YT link will be on secured lock down!
There might be some swag.. there might not. You'll have to come and find out.

“Knowledge is power; sharing knowledge is powerful.”
Born in the greatest UK city with the worst airport, Luton, Andy Barker spent his early years playing waterpolo, dabbling in photography, and singing in the National Youth Choir of Great Britain.
Andy worked in nightclubs, restaurants, and the marquee industry before chucking in the UK to come to the Netherlands and study Business Administration of Hotel Management (only part of the reason; the other part was was meeting a lovely Dutch lady and marrying her.) He now lives in North Limburg with his wife, two kids, cat, and horse.
Known as Atlassian’s resident #FunMan, he’s been an Atlassian Community leader for four years, founded their Community Events Rotterdam chapter, and was awarded the prestigious Community Leaders' Choice Award at Summit 2020. Already bestest friends with Teodora Vasileva, he joined the Old Street fray because we eschew corporate red tape and hierarchical bullshit in favor of good old human compassion and understanding.
A Brit living and working in the Netherlands, by day I am a Project Manager for PTC; delivering highly complex AR/CV solutions to a variety of clients in many varying industries. As both a heavy user of Atlassian products and Admin, I am the “go to Nerd” in PTC for all things Atlassian: my passion and adoration for Atlassian knows no boundaries!
On the weekends I am a family man: Mr Barker! But also a poet, artist and musician: Urban Gorilla Boy (very much amateur... but very much enjoying it!)
But by night…? That passion doesn’t quit! A Community Addict and an ACE Leader for the fabulous ‘ACE Rotterdam’ I will often be found burning the midnight oil making 100% use of my relationship with Atlassian, its products and its people.
With over 10 years of experience in project management in a variety of industries and over 5 years of public speaking / workshops experience, my life motto of “Knowledge is Power, Sharing Knowledge is POWERFUL” provides attendees with a fabulous experience they will never forget!
