She became an official Atlassian in 2020, but her love for Jira dates back to 2006, first as a Jira systems administrator at an enterprise customer and later as a consultant and trainer at ServiceRocket, an Atlassian solutions partner. She has led trainings and presented talks at numerous Atlassian events and worked on nearly all the Atlassian certifications and badges.
