Kevin has more than 8 years experience with the Atlassian stack, first as an enterprise admin, then as a solution partner. Today, he's nearing his third year as a member of Atlassian TAM team. He worked on the first six Certification exams, and is an Atlassian Certified Master. Kevin has worked in many industries over the years, with an emphasis on ITSM and Jira Service Desk. He really likes to have fun and help people!
