Cyclic Meditation: Mindfulness practice where simple asanas are interspersed with breathing and relaxation techniques. Cycle stimulation and relaxation which is ideal for daily practice and provides relaxation from physical, mental and emotional stress. It provides deep relaxation to mind and body, improves creativity and productivity, provides emotional stability and slows down the aging process.
