Yoga Nidra is also known as yogic sleep, it is a powerful meditation technique that will leave you with a sense of wholeness. It is one of the easiest yoga practices to develop and maintain. It also helps you scan your body and tap into a state of relaxed consciousness. Open to all Community members and their families (all age groups are welcome). We are hoping we all can come together and help each other stay strong!
