Peter is the founder and CEO of Botron Software. He has more than 20 years of experience in the software industry and held management positions in Bulgaria and Silicon Valley. Most of his career was focused around building high-performance teams and organizations using Agile processes. He has experience as Jira administrator and owner of Atlassian tools since 2007.

Peter holds Scrum Alliance CSP, CSM, CSPO certification; SAFe SA and SPC4; CMMI and Six Sigma certifications.
