When you just start using Confluence, most teams run into a ‘Chicken or the Egg?’ problem: You need contributors to create content, but you also need good content to attract contributors. Which comes first? Then as things finally get rolling, you run into a new problem: There’s suddenly too much content and too many contributors that your system quickly becomes unmanageable.
