One of the challenges team face with Jira is that it’s so powerful, people tend to get too bogged down in making it highly customized. Instead, Stacey will talk about how her team started small and iterated, in a true Agile spirit, to adopt Jira.
When transforming teams, processes & tools, organisations face a lot of challenges. Daniel talks about how his team has transformed their operating model and migrated from Mingle to Jira; will also share some insights on how Jira helped them support this transformation.
