Started Career in PCs, and Computer hardware technology, then moved into data communications for 15 years in both hardware and support as data communications engineer involving the manufacturing and testing of telephony and datacom equipment. Moved into automation of manufacturing processing using software automation and scripting technologies.
Brought automation and testing skills to London Life (now Great West Life) and did automation testing and Y2K initiatives, with Quality Assurance roles.
Began with Canada Trust in 1998 doing automation development and testing for various applications such as "S3" branch teller applications, Lending, Easyweb, Websphere, and performance testing tools.
Evaluated and introduced and brought in new Enterprise tooling to TD (ALM and UFT) and developed training, workflows and customized templates, best practices, administration processes, and rolled out and grew to approx. 15,000 peak user base across Canada and US geographical locations with our Enterprise tooling team. Led and managed through several large scale version rollouts and upgrades.
Involved now with latest additional tooling such as JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket, Confluence Plug-ins (such as ConfiForms) and the support, administration demonstrations to LOB for enablement as required.

Maria Michienzi is a Technology Professional for TD Bank Financial Group. Her career began in Retail Banking but has worked in the emerging Technology field in since 1997. She began as a Quality Assurance Analyst then transitioned to Business Analytics to implement enterprise SDLC methodology. Within Technology, she led and implemented Enterprise Testing Tools and managed global delivery projects and teams. Today she is a System Administrator for the Atlassian tool-suite for a growing user base of 20,000+ TD Employees. The role promotes tool usage that transcends the original mandate.
Brenda is a seasoned technology professional with experience spanning the areas of development, project management, technical training, and systems analysis. A graduate of the Missouri University of Science & Technology, she holds a BS in Computer Science with minors in Mathematics and Technical Writing and is currently working on an MS in Project Management at Missouri State University.
Sarah Stallan graduated from the William's School of Business and Economics at Bishop's University in 2005, and has enjoyed a career in the IT realm ever since. Sarah has used her Relationship Management and Communications strengths to successfully navigate the worlds of Software Development, Infrastructure, Project Management, as well as her current happy home in the Consulting world at Adaptavist.
